1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged/defective.
2. Return Process

Share your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping or arrange pickup (if available in your area).
3. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of replacement, shipping of the new item will be free of charge (for domestic orders).
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within the return window.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made furniture, personalized designs, or items purchased on clearance/sale are non-returnable.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment provider.
Contact your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
