Delivery

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@sowoody.com or reach out via our Contact Us page with your order details and reason for return.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

General Care
- Dust your furniture regularly using a soft, dry microfiber cloth to prevent buildup that can scratch the surface over time.
- Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive cloths, or rough scrubbing pads on any surface.

Wood Care
- Keep wooden furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and drying of the wood.
- Avoid placing furniture near air conditioning vents, heaters, or areas with extreme humidity changes, as wood naturally expands and contracts.
- Use coasters under all beverages and heat-resistant mats under hot items to prevent water rings and heat marks.
- Apply a good quality wood polish or wood oil every 3–6 months to maintain the natural luster and protect the surface.
- Wipe up spills immediately with a dry cloth — do not let liquids sit on the surface.

Upholstered Furniture Care
- Vacuum fabric surfaces regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris.
- Blot (do not rub) any spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
- For deeper cleaning, use a mild fabric cleaner suitable for your upholstery type. Always test on a hidden area first.
- Keep upholstered furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
- Rotate and flip cushions periodically for even wear.

Metal and Glass Accents
- Wipe metal parts with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately to prevent rust or water spots.
- Clean glass surfaces with a non-abrasive glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
