1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Large/customized furniture items may require 7–10 business days for processing before dispatch.

  • No processing or dispatch is done on Sundays and national holidays.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Indian Post, and international carriers like DHL/Aramex/FedEx (depending on destination and product size).

  • A tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • All shipments are carefully packed to ensure your handcrafted items reach safely.


3. Delivery Timelines

Rest of India (Metro Cities) 5–8 business days
Rest of India (Non-Metro / Remote Areas) 7–12 business days
South Asia & Middle East 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery may vary depending on customs, courier delays, strikes, or weather conditions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (India):

    • Free shipping on orders above β‚Ή2,000.

    • For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight & location.

  • International Orders:

    • Charges are calculated at checkout depending on weight, volume, and destination.

    • Customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes, and import regulations of their country.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties, customs charges, and taxes are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • These charges, if any, are to be borne by the buyer.

  • Customs procedures may also cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control.


6. Damages & Issues

  • Please check your order upon delivery. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the case.


7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Once processed/dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
